1) Your organization will provide Unhooked Books with 3 or more tables in a location that receives steady conference traffic.
2) Unhooked Books will provide top-selling books that are relevant to your attendees and will provide you with a link to share with speakers for book recommendations, at your discretion.
3) Unhooked Books will order, pay for, and bring books to the conference; handle all set-up, sales, payment processing; customer service; and return unsold books.
4) Unhooked Books will collect California sales tax utilizing its existing California sales tax license, and remit tax payment to the State of California in a timely manner.
5) Unhooked Books is authorized to promote your conference through our social media, website, newsletter.
6) Your organization will include Unhooked Books' logo and website URL in marketing materials/website, where possible.
7) Authors who bring books to be sold will be paid 60% of retail price for books sold. Authors must collect their books before they depart the conference.
8) Your organization will pay $500 USD to Unhooked Books, with half ($250 USD) due at time of signing this Letter of Agreement, and half due May 19, 2019.
