Our Team

FOUNDER/PUBLISHER

Megan Hunter is the founder of Unhooked Books She is also CEO and co-founder of the High Conflict Institute, where she also provides training and consulting world-wide. In addition to running the two companies, Megan is an author and expert on high conflict disputes. Originally from western Nebraska, Megan lives in Arizona with her husband and spends most of her free time with her three children, their spouses, and her three grandsons.

SHIPPING MANAGER

Alison Hunter is our Shipping/Inventory Manager. Ali ships and tracks orders in addition to making sure we have our shelves stocked full of inventory. Except for a short few years living in Hawaii, she’s spent most of her life in Arizona and can proudly say she’s a native Arizonan (there are few). She is a pre-school teacher as well, and handles a class of 1-year-old’s five days a week. Her sidekick, Lincoln, is a big help to mom and to Nana (Megan).

OPERATION MANAGER

Liz Hunter is our Operations Manager. Equipped with an undergrad degree in Event Management from Arizona State University, Liz is pursuing graduate studies to become a licensed professional counselor. An avid rock climber, Liz has scaled mountains across North America, and a few ice waterfalls as well. Liz explores life around the globe but calls Colorado home. She’s auntie to 3 little nephews whom she inspires with her adventurous spirit.
